The countries, participating in EURO-JICs present a potential of over 215 million individuals, aged 14 and above (except France and Great Britain : 15 and above) :

Definitions

EURO-JICs uses definitions, accepted by FAST:

Internet user:
Someone who has used at least one online Internet function (Web, FTP, chat, forum, e-mail, audio, video, etc.), from any IAP or ISP, in a given period from any location or terminal. (see graph here).

Web user:
Someone who has used the World Wide Web (visited websites) in a given period from any location.
