Place of Internet use

EURO-JICs proposes in their model questionnaire a question concerning the location of Internet use.
Where did you use Internet ?

• From home
• From Work
• From University, College, School
• Other

Of course, multiple answers are allowed.
EURO-JICs also recommends that this question is put to those who used the Internet at least once within the past 30 days.
Belgium, Germany, and Spain fully agree with the proposed questionnaire, while other countries asked the question concerning the location of Internet use to all users.

In all the above mentioned countries, Internet is nowadays mainly used from home.

"Other" places are very much used in France and Germany.
In France there is no question about the use at "school" which can explain this.
But in Germany it seems that Internet is really very much used in "other places", even more than at work although this is the second place of use in all other countries.
